ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive on time so your child doesn't miss warm up or important instructions. Regular attendance helps children feel confident and stay engaged with routines and group activities 

 

WHAT TO BRING 

Children should wear comfortable clothes they can move in (e.g. leggings, t-shirts, dance wear), no skirts or dresses. Please bring a water bottle to every session.

 

BEHAVIOUR AND RESPECT 

We promote kindness, teamwork, and confidence. We ask all children to be respectful to one another and to the teacher. Any ongoing behavioural issues will be discussed with parents to find a positive solution.

 

PARENT ACCESS 

To help build independence and focus, parents are kindly asked to wait outside the class unless invited to open days or end of term performances.

 

MISSED CLASSES 

Unfortunately, missed sessions are non refundable, but if your child is unwell or there is an emergency we will do our best to offer a make up class if space allows.

 

PHOTOS AND MEDIA 

With permission, we may take photos or short videos of class for memories, progress and promotional purposes. Consent will always be requested on your registration form.

Your child's wellbeing is our top priority. All sessions are held in a safe, supportive environment.We follow our safeguarding policy to ensure children feel happy, safe and seen!
